Privacy policy
Plain-language draft. Last updated November 4, 2026.
What this site collects
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, company, email address, and the message you write. The site also counts visits, described below.
Why
I use your message only to reply to you and to talk about possible work together. I don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Please don’t send personal client data
Don’t put transferee, client, or customer personal details in the form. If we work together, we’ll agree on a safe way to share any records.
Saved messages
Messages from the contact form are saved in a private list so I can follow up with you. Only I can see it, and it’s protected by a sign-in that only I can use.
Visit counts
The site counts page views to see what’s useful. It uses no cookies and stores no IP address or personal details. A visit is recorded as a page name, the day, the site you came from, and a one-way scrambled code that can’t be turned back into you. If your browser sends “Do Not Track,” nothing is counted.
Spam protection
To stop spam, the form uses a hidden check from Cloudflare and limits how many messages one sender can submit in an hour. For the limit, the site keeps a one-way scrambled code of the sender for up to a day. It can’t be turned back into an IP address.
Who handles it
The site, the private list of messages, and the spam check run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes your information only to run the site and deliver your message, under its own privacy terms. I use Google Search Console to see how this site appears in Google search. It doesn’t receive anything from the contact form.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The spam check may use a technical token to tell people from bots.
How long I keep it
I keep messages for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. I delete them sooner if you ask. [Review: confirm the retention period you want to promise.]
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete what I have about you by contacting me through the form.
Separate from my brokerage role
This practice is separate from my role at my brokerage. Messages sent here don’t go to my brokerage. [Review: confirm this wording with your broker.]
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update the date above.
